Siac Developments had commenced the delivery of its prestigious administrative project, The Central, in the heart of the New Administrative Capital's (NAC) Central Business District (CBD), directly facing the Central Bank of Egypt and adjacent to the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
The company has already finished delivery of 70% of the project’s units. SIAC Developments’ mother company is SIAC Holding, which was established 39 years ago as an Egyptian private sector joint stock company. The holding is verified by the Egyptian Construction Contractors Federation as a first-class contractor.
